These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skng Barber Club ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Skng Barber Club mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a barbershop appointment booking platform that allows users to:

  • Browse available barbershop services with pricing and duration information
  • Book appointments at available time slots
  • Receive QR codes for check-in at the barbershop
  • View booking history and manage appointments
  • Access promotions, news, and special offers
  • Find barbershop location and contact information

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Account and Registration

When using certain features of the App, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your device and any associated credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur through your use of the App
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Booking and Appointments

When booking appointments through the App:

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • You agree to arrive at the scheduled time with your QR code for check-in
  • Cancellation policies may apply and will be communicated within the App
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances
  • The App facilitates bookings only; actual services are provided by the barbershop

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or the barbershop staff

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skng Barber Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without prior written consent

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App's content
  • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the quality of services provided by the barbershop

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Skng Barber Club SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
  • Damages resulting from any services received through the App
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skng Barber Club, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skng Barber Club regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
